These Terms form a public offer of the SMMGlide service (the “Service”) addressed to any legally capable person (the “Client”). Using the Service, placing and/or paying for an order means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with them, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- Service — the SMMGlide software platform (website and Telegram bot) for ordering social media promotion services.
- Service item — informational and technical promotion actions (followers, likes, views, reactions and similar) selected by the Client.
- Order — a Client request for a specific service item, link and quantity.
- Balance — the internal account of prepaid funds used to pay for orders.
- Refill — free compensation of units that drop off within the guarantee period, where the service item provides it.
2. Subject
The Service provides access to an automated platform for ordering promotion services from third-party providers. The Service acts as an aggregator and does not own the social networks involved, is not affiliated with them and does not control their internal rules or algorithms.
3. Placing an order
- The Client provides a link to a public profile, post or video and the desired quantity within the limits shown for the service item.
- The Service never requests account passwords. A public link is sufficient.
- The price is calculated automatically from the quantity and is shown before payment.
- An order is accepted for delivery only after payment is received.
4. Payment
- Payments are processed by a certified payment partner. The Service does not store bank card details.
- Accepted methods: cryptocurrency (USDT), bank cards and Telegram Stars. Crediting is immediate after the partner confirms the payment.
- All prices are stated in Russian roubles (₽). The minimum top-up is ₽20.
5. Delivery, guarantees and refunds
- Most service items start within minutes; the declared speed is indicative and depends on the provider.
- If an order fails or is delivered only partially, the corresponding amount is returned to the Client’s balance automatically — in full or in proportion to the undelivered volume.
- Refill, where offered, compensates drops during the stated guarantee window.
- Funds returned to the balance may be spent on any other order. Withdrawal of balance funds to external wallets is not provided.
6. Client obligations and restrictions
- Do not order promotion for private, restricted, non-existent or deleted objects — such orders cannot be delivered and are not refunded.
- Do not change the link, username, privacy settings or content of the object while an order is in progress.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful content or content prohibited by the rules of the relevant platform.
7. Limitation of liability
Promotion services violate the rules of most social platforms. The Client uses the Service at their own risk and bears sole responsibility for consequences on the side of the platform, including restrictions or blocking of an account. The Service is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or changes in platform algorithms.
8. Final provisions
The Service may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Questions: @SMMGlide_bot, support@smmglide.site.
