Payments on SMMGlide are handled by a certified payment partner. Processing, acceptance and protection of payment details are performed by the partner; SMMGlide does not store bank card data.
How payment works
- You choose a service item or a top-up amount and are redirected to the partner’s secure payment page.
- After a successful payment the funds are credited to your balance immediately, and the order goes into delivery automatically.
- If the payment page was closed too early, the status updates on its own as soon as the partner confirms the transaction.
Accepted methods
- Cryptocurrency (USDT) — available from any country.
- Bank cards.
- Telegram Stars.
Currency and amounts
- All prices and balances are denominated in Russian roubles (₽), including on the English version of the site.
- The minimum top-up is ₽20.
- Top-up bonuses apply from ₽1,000 and scale up to +15% depending on the amount.
- Conversion from your card or wallet currency is performed by your bank or the payment partner at their rate.
Refunds
- If an order fails or is delivered partially, the amount is returned to your SMMGlide balance automatically — in full or proportionally.
- Balance funds are used to pay for further orders. Reverse withdrawal to a card or wallet is not provided.
- For a disputed payment, open a dashboard ticket under “Payments & balance”. The full dialogue stays in your account.
