This Policy explains what data the SMMGlide service (the “Service”) processes and on what terms. By using the Service you consent to processing on the terms below. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate.
What we process
- Email and/or Telegram identifier — for sign-in, identification and contact.
- Order data — the link you submit, service item, quantity, status and amount.
- Payment events — amount, currency, status and the payment partner’s transaction identifier. We do not receive or store bank card details.
- Technical data — IP address, user agent, pages visited and referrer, via web analytics.
What we never ask for
We never request passwords to your social media accounts. A public link is enough to deliver an order. Anyone asking for your social login on behalf of the Service is a scammer.
Why we process it
- To deliver orders and provide support.
- To process payments, bonuses, referral rewards and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To measure and improve the website (aggregated statistics).
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and local storage to keep your session, theme and interface preferences. Traffic is measured with Yandex.Metrica (including Webvisor) and Google Analytics 4; these tools set their own cookies and process anonymised technical data on their side. You can block cookies in your browser — parts of the site may then stop working.
Sharing
Order data (link and quantity) is transmitted to the upstream provider that performs the delivery. Payment data is processed by the payment partner. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention
Account and order data is stored while the account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute resolution. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the respective analytics provider.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion of your account by writing to support@smmglide.site or @SMMGlide_bot. Deleting an account removes personal identifiers; anonymised accounting records may be retained.
Changes
We may update this Policy by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
